Dan Zollmann served as Program Director for the technology investments required to enable UBC to double and distribute MD training. He also represented UBC in the development of a number of the new capital facilities required, and was instrumental in building the organizational capacity to operate and sustain the newly implemented technology-enabled learning platform.
Dan Zollmann is the founding principal of AMBiT, a strategic program management consulting firm with clients across North America and in Australia. Dan is an experienced program manager who has successfully delivered a wide variety of challenging capital, organizational change and information technology projects. Specializing in pre-planning and analysis, he currently focusses on leading major transformational initiatives in post-secondary education and health care. Drawing on best practices from a variety of industries, he has led the development of AMBiT’s unique approach to project and program management. Dan is a professional engineer, holds a PMP designation, and a Prosci Level 1 certification.
