Each Conference Pass includes:

PMI CWCC welcomes the participation of students in this event that is rich with educational and networking opportunities. Our student pass is provided at a reduced rate of $150. Valid student identification from a recognized educational institute is required to register as a student.
Shared badges allow multiple individuals to attend the conference using the same badge, provided only one individual is using the badge at one time.The name of the person who will be receiving all conference correspondence and be responsible for providing payment should be the contact person for Shared Badge registrations.
Member, Non-Member and Student Badges are non-shareable, meaning only the attendee who registers may use the badge.
Large Volume Discount
A volume discount program is available to organizations who wish to send multiple delegates to the conference. We are pleased to offer a $50.00 discount per attendee to organizations that register ten (10) or more delegates. Please note that any organizations who register for the large volume program and fail to register at least ten (10) attendees will be invoiced for the cost difference of a standard conference pass. The PMI CWCC Professional Development Conference accepts the following methods of payment:
You can update your profile, change your session selections, and make substitutions through our online conference registration system here. Simply enter your email address and password to your registration record and make changes until September 1, 2017.
Each conference delegate must display a valid pass while attending sessions or events at the conference. Attendance will be monitored for some of the concurrent sessions that are limited by space.
We will issue full refunds for conference registrations less a $100.00 administration fee for all written requests received on or before August 20, 2017. We regret that refunds will not be considered after this date. Substitutions are permitted when the name of the individual substituting is recorded using the online registration system here prior to September 1, 2017 at 5:00pm MST. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference.
